    Drop Cookie Recipes

Drop cookies are scooped with a cookie scoop (also called a disher) and the scoops are "dropped" onto a sheet pan before baking, thus the name. The dough may be chilled for some recipes, but not always. These thick and chewy chocolate chip cookies don't require refrigeration, for example.

Learn how to make the best drop cookies with these easy recipes, from the best chocolate chip cookies with pecans to mincemeat cookies.
